Telephone & Mobile Numbers 

Gray Hair Trader may collect your phone number data. This information is collected at the point of registration or purchase of a membership. 

By submitting your phone number, you are providing your prior express written consent to receive SMS messages and telephone calls from Wyatt Investment Research to the number provided. Additionally, you are acknowledging and accepting the Gray Hair Trader Privacy Policy. 

Gray Hair Trader uses this information to help service your account. You may receive phone calls from members of the GHT team. Additionally, you may receive automated phone calls and broadcast text messages related to your membership, upcoming events, and to keep you informed of various opportunities. 

If you wish to discontinue receiving automated phone calls and broadcast text messages, please contact Customer Care and request to have your number placed on our “Do Not Call” list. Requests are typically processed within 7 business days. 

If you subsequently re-register with a phone number, you may be added to our list for phone calls and text messages. By providing a phone number you are opting-in. This opt-in negates your prior revocation of consent. 

Our customer care and account management team will also use your phone or mobile number to contact you and resolve any issues with your membership or account. They may also call you to discuss your account and additional products and services that may be of interest.
